Our colleagues Eva Vacíková and Nikola Pešová recently embarked on a professional trip to Mexico, Peru and Ecuador, where together with our partner Carval they visited local pig and poultry farms. The aim of the visits was to share our approach to supporting animal health and building long-term sustainable farms that succeed both in terms of results and responsible production.
Field visits to farms are crucial for us – that is where real needs and the best solutions originate. Together with the Carval team, we met with local farmers and experts, discussed everyday challenges associated with production, and presented the way we approach prevention and the enhancement of animal condition.
In both pig and poultry farming, we shared experiences and recommendations that support:
stable animal health status,
better performance within long-term planning,
and at the same time operational sustainability – meaning more efficient farm management with the future in mind.
Part of the trip was also Nikola Pešová's participation in a professional conference in Ambato (Ecuador), where she delivered a presentation and introduced the product Asentia. At the same time, she highlighted the direction we have long been dedicated to: gut health as a key factor in managing overall animal health.
Gut health plays a vital role today not only because of better animal condition, but also because it influences:
nutrient utilization,
resistance to stress,
and overall farm stability over time.
Cooperation with our partner Carval is important to us because it connects local environmental knowledge with our professional know-how. Thanks to this, every recommendation and presented approach can have a real impact – whether it is a preventive strategy, long-term production stability or a shift in animal health management.
We thank Eva and Nikola for their great representation and the energy with which they spread our vision abroad. At the same time, we appreciate the opportunity to meet with farmers and experts directly in the field – it is precisely there that impulses are created which help us do our work even better.
