The issue of mycotoxins, moulds, and feed and food safety is among the most important topics in modern animal production. That is why this year we attended the international expert conference "Mycotoxins and moulds" held in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
Our company was represented at the conference by our colleague Adriana Jaroszek, who had the opportunity to follow the latest trends, scientific findings, and modern approaches in the field of mycotoxin control, feed contamination prevention, and ensuring health safety in farm animal production.
The conference regularly brings together leading European experts from academia, research institutions, and practice, creating a space for sharing experience between science and the commercial sector. A number of current topics regarding the occurrence of mycotoxins, their impact on animal health, production quality, and farm economics were discussed.
The event was also attended by our colleague Adéla Müllerová, who held a series of professional meetings and discussions during the conference with prominent specialists in nutrition, feed safety, and animal health management.
We also greatly appreciate the opportunity for a personal meeting with Prof. Jan Grajewski, one of Europe's foremost experts in the field of mycotoxins and a key personality of the entire conference. Professor Grajewski has been dedicated to the issue of mycotoxin contamination in feed and food for more than 45 years, and his professional experience and research activities significantly contribute to the development of feed safety throughout Europe.
