International WPSA Symposium in Poland

ADDICOO at the 36th International WPSA Symposium in Poland

From September 14–16, 2026, the ADDICOO team attended the 36th International Symposium of the Polish Branch of the World’s Poultry Science Association (WPSA) in Zegrze, Poland. As a strategic partner of the event, we supported professional knowledge exchange, the connection between science and practice, and the upcoming generation of young professionals.

This year's symposium was held under the motto "Science for practice – practice for science". Over the course of three days, scientists, industry experts, university representatives, and young researchers gathered to discuss current topics and the future of modern poultry farming.

The scientific program covered a range of areas – from poultry nutrition and physiology, health, genetics, and reproduction to production quality and modern research methods.

Monoglycerides in Modern Poultry Nutrition

ADDICOO contributed to the scientific program with the presentation "Monoglycerides as an Alternative to Antibiotics in Poultry Nutrition".

The presentation focused on the potential of monoglycerides and their application in modern nutritional strategies. In this context, we also presented the Fortibac solution, based on the use of organic acid monoglycerides.

Finding new ways to support health, digestive system stability, and animal performance through nutrition is one of the key areas of our development. Participation in professional events such as the WPSA Symposium also allows us to compare new findings with real-world practical experience.

Supporting Young Scientists

An important part of this year's symposium was also the support of the new generation of professionals. As part of the competition for the best master's theses in poultry science, ADDICOO donated three laptops to the authors of the awarded works.

We view supporting young scientists as an investment in the future of the entire industry. Their research and fresh perspectives can contribute to the development of animal nutrition, health, and welfare in the coming years.
